Terms of use.

Platform role

Veyrida supplies technical infrastructure for product authentication and ownership records. Participating brands remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and authorization of the product, customer and order information they submit.

Accounts and access

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and use only the workspace they are authorized to access. Attempts to access another tenant, alter ownership history, misuse invitations or interfere with the service are prohibited.

Product and ownership records

A Veyrida record documents information submitted and actions completed through the platform. It does not, by itself, guarantee title, condition, value, legality, warranty coverage or authenticity in every jurisdiction. Ownership disputes may require evidence and review outside the platform.

Transfers

A requested transfer does not change ownership until the intended recipient accepts it using the authorized email account. Brands and users are responsible for confirming the underlying transaction and recipient before initiating or accepting a transfer.

Availability and changes

Veyrida works to maintain a stable and secure service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features, limits and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes should be communicated through the platform or account email.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful activity, counterfeit records, unauthorized surveillance, deceptive ownership claims, malware, credential theft or attempts to bypass tenant controls.
