What Veyrida provides

Veyrida provides product authentication, inventory, customer, order and ownership-record services to participating brands. Veyrida is the platform; each participating brand controls the business records it enters for its own tenant.

Information processed

The platform may process account email addresses, names, business contact information, product identifiers, order references, ownership events, audit records and brand-supplied product information. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not visible to Veyrida or participating brands.

How information is used

• Authenticate users and restrict access to authorized tenant data.
• Verify products and maintain permanent ownership history.
• Send account, invitation and transfer communications.
• Operate, secure, diagnose and improve the service.
• Meet legal obligations and address misuse or disputes.

Public and private information

Public verification pages may show product identity, brand, status and whether an ownership record exists. They are not designed to publish an owner’s email address, phone number, address, private order information or internal notes. Private dashboards and owner portals require authentication.

Tenant isolation and service providers

Tenant records are separated through database authorization policies. Veyrida currently relies on Supabase for database and authentication services, Vercel for hosting and Resend for transactional email. These providers process data as needed to deliver their services.

Retention and ownership history

Operational records are retained while needed to provide the service. Ownership history is intentionally append-only so a later transfer does not erase earlier provenance. Requests involving deletion or correction may therefore require preservation of a minimal historical event while removing or restricting unnecessary personal details.

Your choices

Users may request access to, correction of or deletion of applicable personal information through the participating brand or Veyrida. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute handling, legal compliance or permanent product provenance.

Security and contact

No online system can promise absolute security. Veyrida uses authenticated access, tenant-scoped authorization, audit records, encrypted transport and monitored service providers. Privacy or security questions can be sent to privacy@veyrida.com.
